Little Boy

When my grandparents died, we received this set of porcelain figures, mainly young boys and girls. There’s this one I really like, its of this boy holding a teddy bear. He just looks so innocent. My mom has placed him in front of this painting we have, which I thought the comparison of the colors and textures looked nice against each other. So here are the pictures I took:

    Maggie, I like the connection between the figure and the background. The colors work beautifully.

    Great job. You were spot-on for using the painting in the background. Plenty of complimentary colours.

    Were you able to use available light or was a flash necessary?
