August 21, 2009

I have been feeling pretty uninspired lately with pictures. This is the longest time I have really spent in the same city, I’ve put down all my photo projects, and I’ve really only been taking pictures of my friends or for work.

But I’m ready to return for a few reasons:

My photo friend has been suggesting that I post

I realized after work that it is harder than I thought to take action pics and make it look good.

My computer is working amazingly well again (I had to get a new battery, new screen, re-install windows…I wanted to throw it out the window…it was probably more stressful than I wanted to handle).

And, most importantly I am going to Italy for my fall semester and want away to document my trip with out having to give much personal detail.

These reasons made me realize I need to bring the blog back. After spending the afternoon at Wright’s House of Falling Water taking pictures, and being told I can’t take pictures. I decided I should post again. (Sorry Uri 😦 you won’t see this until probably until days after).

These pictures are from a series I took after a rainstorm in Cleveland. Its in my mother’s garden and I really wanted to take close up pictures of the rain drop on the plants. So I did that, and here’s the outcome.

In case anyone can’t tell I can’t find my blog roll on my blog, so if anyone knows what happened to it…

Go back to your Dashboard and select Appearance. Go to your widgets and drag the Links back to your sidebar. Sometimes changing a theme or just testing something I noticed too that WordPress goes back to default.

I am glad you came back into the blogging hemisphere and I look forward to your writings and photographs from Italia.

I know I’m rather late, but welcome back. I confess I had given up on you posting again so I stopped checking.

    My bad.

Looking forward to catching up with your posts.

And I’m glad I’m not the only one who has been uninspired of late.
