Sunday Still: The Letter T

November 29, 2009

Torino Sausages are my letter “T”. Although I am American, because I am in Italy this Thanksgiving I am not celebrating the holiday (my host mom had no idea it was thanksgiving) and thus do not want to post a thanksgiving themed picture. So instead I post a picture of Torino Sausages.

Her cooking is amazing, and I tempted to ask her if I can take pictures of her cooking. Every night we begin with a pasta or risotto dish, followed by meat and veggies and finished off with some fruit. Some times she bakes something for desert…. 🙂

I’ve never heard of them, but the photo is so unusual and well composed. Thanks for sharing a unique aspect from your region with us 🙂
